Glazed Almonds

These cinnamon and stevia glazed almonds make my mouth water just thinking about them.  They are very healthy for you and delicious!

Ingredients
-2 egg whites
-2 1/2 cups whole plain almonds (or possibly pecans or walnuts)
-1/4 cup butter
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 tbls and 1 tsp cinnamon
-1 cup stevia (taste it in case it's not sweet enough)

Steps

1)  Preheat oven 325.  Place butter on a pan with aluminum foil on it, then place the pan in the oven to melt the butter (about 5 min).

2)  Meanwhile, beat egg whites with the salt.  Gradually add in the stevia, beating as you go.

3)  Fold in the almonds and cinnamon.

4)  Pour the almond mixture onto the pan, mix toss with the butter.

5)  Bake for 20-30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes.

6)  Take out to cool, and break into pieces.
